Information we collect

When you create a Google Review Card, we collect the information you provide:

• Your business name
• The Google review URL you supply (used only to generate your QR code)
• An optional custom message, display URL and industry
• Your email address, if you make a purchase (collected via Stripe Checkout)

We do not require or collect a password, and we don't ask you to create an account.

How we use your information

Your card details are used solely to generate your preview and print-ready files. Your email address is used to send you a link to download your purchased files, and for purchase-related communication.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card or payment details — Stripe handles this directly and securely. See Stripe's own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment information.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how the product is used — for example, how many people reach the checkout step. We do not send the content of your business name, message, or Google review URL to our analytics provider.

File storage

Purchased files (PDFs and PNG) are stored using Vercel Blob storage, at an unguessable web address. Access to your files is via the secure, randomly generated download link sent to your email — this link is not derived from or linked to any predictable identifier.

Data retention

We retain your card details and generated files for as long as necessary to provide the download service and for reasonable record-keeping. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us.
